1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Case Clicker Revival (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Case Clicker Revival is a mobile case opening clicker game for entertainment purposes only. The App features the experience of opening virtual cases containing virtual skins, stickers, gloves, and other cosmetic items. It includes single-player progression, mini-games, and optional online features such as trading, marketplace, chat, and leaderboards.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (or 16 years old in the European Economic Area for online features that require data processing). By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the App.
4. Virtual Items and Currency
- All virtual items, skins, currency, and other in-game assets are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.
- Virtual items are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the App.
- Virtual items cannot be cashed out, exchanged for real money, or transferred outside the App.
- We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, remove, or reset virtual items and currency at any time without compensation.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (such as item packs and currency bonuses). These purchases:
- Are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective refund policies
- Are managed through RevenueCat for purchase verification
- Are non-refundable through us directly — contact Apple or Google for refund requests
- Grant virtual items or benefits within the App only
6. Entertainment Disclaimer
The App simulates case opening mechanics for entertainment purposes only. Virtual items obtained through the App have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.
7. User Content
You may create content within the App, including nicknames, custom cases, chat messages, and marketplace offers. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and moderate it within the App.
We reserve the right to remove, filter, or restrict any user content that violates these Terms or community standards, including but not limited to offensive language, harassment, or spam.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App
- Sell, trade, or transfer virtual items, accounts, or in-game currency for real money or value outside the App
- Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party software
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players through chat, trades, or any other feature
- Impersonate other players or PawlicaWeb staff
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
9. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, features, UI assets, and original content are owned by PawlicaWeb and protected by intellectual property laws.
All original content, design, and code in the App are the property of PawlicaWeb.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to online features at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts the experience of other players. This includes but is not limited to cheating, harassment, and exploiting bugs.
Upon termination, you may lose access to your online data, including cloud saves, trade history, and friend connections. Local game data on your device will not be affected.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the App or its servers
- Preservation of game saves, virtual items, or progression data
- Availability of any specific feature or online service
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PawlicaWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of virtual items, game progress, or data.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Game Economy Changes
We reserve the right to modify game balance, drop rates, item values, pricing, rewards, and any other aspect of the in-game economy at any time without prior notice. Such changes are part of the normal operation and development of the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
